Klaas card (Atelier)

Our new advice from Leendert was to create a Santa Claus postcard for Boomerang.

Here are my first sketches.

Ramones (Atelier)

Leendert Masselink is an ex aki-student and works almost for magazines, but also has huge output of own artwork.

In his first lesson he gives us the advice to make paintings of the Ramones .
The difficulty of this was that we had to draw it while one song of the Ramones was playing and we had to stop with the end of the song. What Leendert wanted to show us was, that we had to loose our correctness of drawning and think about the essence of our painting.

Font correction (Chris)

Chris asked us to choose one font, and show him disturbing things/letters in this font-design.

I choose "libel" which is an freefont.
The small "g" has in my opinion so much different forms that I corrected it by using the "q" and the "j". What we get is an very harmonic type that fits with the other faces.

Drugseffect (Workshop)

Jap I know, the music is too dramatic! ^^
I choose it because of its backround. The music is form the "Requiem of a dream"-Soundtrack. This film is about a guy whichs life gets totaly damaged by the druggs he take.

The hole animation was made in Blender3D, which is an freeware program.
Complex to learn, but after you have taken the first test you get faster and faster in it.
